I have read tens of thousands of résumés, conducted thousands of interviews, and hired and developed several hundred staff in small, mid-size, and large organizations since 1983. In 1996, I transitioned from my role as President & Chief Operating Officer at Public Service Computer Software, Inc., into career coaching, serving since then 4,000+ persons from 100+ countries through individual sessions and a variety of seminars and workshops. I developed this site and contribute career-related articles to many other sites.

Education

I earned a BS in Economics from Clark University, an MS in Education (specializing in Counseling and Personnel Services) from Fordham, an MSW from Hunter College School of Social Work, and an Advanced Post-Masters Certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/REBT from Albert Ellis Institute.
